Executive Director

Laurie Kenagy is the Executive Director of the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra.  Laurie earned the degree of Bachelor of Science with a major in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She also earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.  In her professional life, Laurie has held positions in marketing, finance and investment banking.  As a volunteer, she has been extremely active, serving on the boards of numerous not-for-profit community organizations, including past service on the Board of Directors of the Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra.  Laurie lives in Ridgefield with her husband, Neil, and their two children, Evan and Margot.
